Meals are prepared by our Cordon Bleu trained chefand utilize locally sourced ingredients as often as possible. A sample menu includes cream cheese stuffed french toast with homemade raspberry syrup, bacon and eggs for breakfast, snow crab cakes with chipotle aioli for an appetizer, a halibut chowder starter, blackened salmon with honey pepper sauce, roasted broccoli and rice pilaf for your main course, and rhubarb pie a la mode for dessert. Lunches are pre-packed or prepared over a campfire depending on your destination for the day.
